Schaeffer's 248 Moly Syngard™ 2000 Grease. Choose NLGI #1 or #2 (1-Tube). This is a versatile grease that resists breaking down during periods of excessive pressure, increased heat and high shock loads. Schaeffer’s Moly Syngard™ 2000 contains synthesized moly which quickly plates to metal surfaces. The moly forms a lasting solid film that reduces friction and wear during excessive pressure. This is a bentone-based, tacky grease that’s ideal for:

• hot,
• wet,
• heavily loaded applications,
• operating temperatures are ABOVE 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
• lubricates effectively in temperatures up to 600°F.

Moly Syngard™ 2000 will not wash out, pound out, splatter or squeeze out even under the heaviest loads or vibrations.

Moly Syngard™ 2000 can be applied either manually or by a heavy duty automatic lube system. Moly Syngard™ 2000 EP #1 has an operating temperature of -5ºF to 600ºF. Moly Syngard™ 2000 EP #2 has an operating temperature of 0ºF to 600ºF. Moly Syngard™ 2000 EP #3 has an operating temperature of 30ºF to 600ºF.
