Schaeffer's 4002 Bed Release Agent (5-Gallons) is an environmentally friendly specially formulated water mixable type product. It is designed to provide clean, rapid and easy separation of asphalt, concrete, dirt, gravel, etc., from the beds of haul trucks and dump trucks.

Bed Release Agent performs well. Here's why:

• Bed Release forms a film which promotes a fast and complete separation. 
• Prevents buildup of deposits.
• Environmentally friendly, Contains components that are biodegradable minimizing environmental concerns associated with spillage of any product onto the ground during unloading.
• Has a high flash point, lowering fire hazard with hot loads.

Application and Dilution Rate: For most applications: use one gallon of Bed Release Agent to 30 gallons of water. For Superpave or heavy polymer asphalts: use one gallon of Bed Release Agent to 15 gallons of water. Apply one gallon of the total mixture onto entire bed of truck before each load. Bed Release Agent can be sprayed onto the bed of the truck using conventional spraying equipment.
