Answer:
We recommend using the Synshield Durability Advantage CK-4 15W-40, Synshield OTR Plus CK-4 10W-30, or the Synshield Ultra Performance CK-4 10W-30, all of which meet the new Ford WSS-M2C171-E specification.
Please keep in mind Schaeffer oil does such a good job cleaning we recommend not doing an oil analysis during the first change but only after the second change. The first change will break free the oil gunk, dirt, and wear metals deposits that resulted from running lower quality engine oils. This will cause a high wear metals result, which can be very alarming but is entirely normal.
In addition, we recommend using Schaeffer's 137 Carbon Treat Premium Summer, which is available in Summer and winter blend 137ULSW. There is an extreme winter blend 300ULSW. All pictured below are available for purchase online at stores.Buy1oils.com
