Schaeffer's 229 Ultra Red Supreme Moly Grease NLGI #1 or #2 (30-Tubes) 

When applications demand a grease that's both clean and extremely durable, Schaeffer's 229 Ultra Red Supreme delivers on both counts.

Built on an aluminum complex base from premium PAO synthetic fluids blended with severely hydro-finished 100% paraffin base oils, it combines para-synthetic performance with extra tackiness that outlasts conventional greases. Its 3% synthesized moly and proprietary solid lubricant package provides a residual film that protects metal surfaces even when the grease base is displaced under extreme conditions — essential in high-shock, high-load, or high-cycle applications. 

Performance properties:

• Extra tacky — immediately adheres to metal; stays where applied
• Won't pound out, splatter, or squeeze out under heavy loads or vibration
• Excellent resistance to water washout and spray-off
• 100% reversibility — retains consistency under heat, shock loading, and severe mechanical action
• Rust and oxidation inhibiting characteristics
• Resistance to bleeding
• Anti-wear and extreme pressure load-carrying properties
• Low-temperature pumpability for cold-weather performance

Recommended for heavy-duty automotive, construction, mining, farming, and industrial equipment. Available NLGI #1 and #2.

Due to its superior cohesive and adhesive properties Ultra Red Supreme is not recommended for use in passenger car automotive wheel bearings or in electric motor bearings.
