Schaeffer's 278 Polyurea Grease is purpose-formulated for the applications where conventional lithium and lithium complex greases fall short: sealed-for-life bearings, electric motor bearings operating at elevated temperatures, high-temperature pump bearings, and long-service applications where access for relubrication is restricted or impossible. Its ashless organic polyurea thickener delivers the thermal stability and oxidation resistance that defines the polyurea category — maintaining consistency and lubricity at temperatures that cause lithium-based greases to soften, bleed, or degrade. Compounded with high-quality base oils and a comprehensive rust and oxidation inhibitor package.
