Oil Embargo Surcharge
Global market conditions—particularly geopolitical instability in the Middle East, including disruptions to shipping through the Strait of Hormuz and refinery impacts from ongoing military operations in the Persian Gulf—have driven rapid and significant increases in our product and transportation costs. We have worked hard to absorb these pressures, but we are no longer able to do so without passing a portion of them on.
We chose the surcharge approach deliberately—it's the most transparent way we know to show you exactly what we're experiencing, and it gives us the flexibility to roll it back as soon as conditions allow.
These are not permanent price increases, and we intend to remove the surcharges as the market stabilizes.
The 10% Surcharge will appear as separate line "HANDLING FEE" on your invoices so there is never any ambiguity in your billing.
