Industrial bearings and machinery operating under heavy loads, high heat, and severe mechanical stress require a grease that stays in place and performs when it matters most. Schaeffer's 260 Perma Moly® Grease is a premium, water-resistant, multi-purpose lubricant built to outperform conventional greases in the most challenging conditions.

Formulated from solvent-refined, severely hydrofinished 100% paraffinic base stocks with a high viscosity index, Perma Moly® is thickened with a bentone (inorganic) base — enabling reliable lubrication in continuous temperatures up to 500°F and intermittent service up to 600°F with no dropping point. This makes it an ideal choice for high-temperature industrial applications where conventional greases fail.

Synthesized moly rapidly plates to metal surfaces, forming a fine, durable lubricant film that outlasts conventional greases under pressure. During periods of excessive pressure, shock loading, and elevated heat, Perma Moly® remains firmly in place, reducing contact area temperatures, minimizing wear, and extending equipment life.

The NLGI #2 grade features a high base oil viscosity of ISO 460, providing an extra margin of protection for tough, heavily loaded, low-to-moderate speed applications.

Available in NLGI #1 or #2 to suit a wide range of equipment requirements and application methods.
