Schaeffer 0124-005 Klearcut XL - 5 Gallon Pail

Schaeffer's 124 Klearcut XL (5-Gallon Pail) is a chlorine-free, multipurpose fluid, which can be used as a cutting oil, grinding oil and roll forming fluid. 

It is designed to eliminate problems associated with combining cutting oils and/or straight oils with machine maintenance lubricants for operations where cross contamination is prevalent.

• Non-corrosive fluid formulated for oxidation stability  
• Contains an extreme pressure additive system that readily reacts with the at the chip-tool interface to form a very effective boundary lubricating film that reduces frictional heat and prevents metal-to-metal contact between the tool and work piece
• Exceptional anti-wear and anti-weld properties which maximizes tool life and minimizes machine downtime
• Excellent lubricity and extreme pressure properties
• Superior surface finish on parts
• Chlorine free
