Schaeffer's 7061 SynCut™ FS Grinding Light-Medium Fully Synthetic Coolant

 Low-foaming, clear-solution grinding coolant that can consolidate grinding and light-to-medium machining

into one fluid.

SynCut™ FS Grinding Light-Medium is a fully synthetic, low-foaming grinding coolant designed for use on most ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can also help consolidate grinding and light-to-medium general machining operations into one fluid, simplifying your coolant management.

The formula is chemically free of petroleum oil, chlorine, sulfur, nitrites, and phenols, and is designed to support long coolant life and corrosion protection.

Mixing, Storage, and Maintenance

• Always add concentrate to water with agitation, never water to concentrate
• Confirm concentration with a calibrated refractometer and the applicable product factor when available
• Monitor concentration, pH, tramp oil, water hardness, and microbial activity as part of routine sump maintenance
• Store in closed containers in clean, dry conditions in a heated warehouse, and do not freeze
• Consult the Safety Data Sheet before storage, handling, use, or disposal

Not for cast iron grinding.

Can be used as a replacement for 424 based on application.
